Return Policy

At YAYA, our customers are very important to us. We strive to provide the best products and services to ensure your satisfaction.

 

**No Refunds on Open Skincare Products**

For sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds on any opened skin or hair products. To be eligible for a store credit, the product must be returned in the same (new) condition it was received.

 

**Return Conditions**

- Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

**Damaged Items**

- If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

- To report a damaged item, please provide a photo and description of the damage to YAYABodyCo@gmail.com.

- Upon approval, a replacement product will be issued.
